Job summary

Pitney Bowes Presort Services in Levittown, PA is seeking an onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (Tue-Sat, 2:45 PM–11:15 PM EST). You will troubleshoot, repair, and diagnose complex mechanical or electrical issues on mail sorting equipment, conveyors, PLCs, and other electromechanical production gear to keep downtime to a minimum.

The role requires at least 2 years of direct experience, ability to read schematics, use a multimeter, and work in a Windows environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct experience troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial equipment.
• Strong familiarity servicing conveyors and PLC systems.
• Ability to read schematics, charts, service manuals, and parts diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical and electronic repairs on conveyers, PLC systems, and other electromechanical production equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations on industrial machinery.
• Reduce downtime by following PM schedules and using inventory/work orders effectively.
• Maintain spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Utilize a tablet to track work, downtime, and inventory used in repairs.
