Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician III for the 2nd shift at our Lithia Springs, GA facility. You will provide multi-skilled electrical/mechanical maintenance in a TPM and CI environment, focusing on safety, reliability, and productivity.

The role requires PLC, drives, servo, HMI, CNC understanding, and hands-on testing of electrical systems. 2 years associate degree and PIT experience preferred; full-time with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 2 years Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent past work experience.
• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience.
• Basic PC skills (MS Windows).
• Ability to work in a team environment and self-direct activities.
• Continued technical training required each year.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-skilled electrical/mechanical maintenance in TPM/CI environments.
• Troubleshoot basic PLC, drives, HMI, servo systems.
• Test and perform preventative maintenance.
• Understand basic operation and use of electrical test equipment.
• Understand electrical arc flash protection code requirements & understand basic electrical circuits.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AC and DC motors and drives.
• Use electrical test equipment to measure current, voltage and resistance.
• Demonstrate ability to cut, bend and install pipe.
