Job summary

Hi-Tek Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and repair electrical controls.

Welding and lockout/tagout compliance are required to ensure safe operations. The role requires knowledge of CNC machines, DCS, logic controllers, and low voltage systems, with a focus on safety and teamwork in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a maintenance certificate program from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general electrical and mechanical maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Weld as needed (ARC, MIG or TIG).
• Follow lock out tag out protocol as required.
• Operate platforms and overhead cranes as needed.
• Respond to daily facilities work orders and assist on special projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and communicate safety concerns to management.
