Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Sedalia, MO. The role focuses on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC and related equipment.

You will use CMMS and spare-parts inventory tools to track maintenance, perform preventive tasks, read schematics, and ensure safe, efficient operation. Strong teamwork and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance within manufacturing.
• Ability to read manuals, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical drawings.
• Experience using hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical testing equipment.
• Proficient with CMMS and inventory tracking.
• Fluent in English and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Repair facility equipment including air compressors, HVAC systems, and cooling systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical drawings.
