Sonoco Products Co. seeks an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Tech to support maximum plant reliability in Beavercreek, OH.

You will perform preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshoot PLC-driven systems, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment, following rigorous safety standards. The role requires strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication, with a pathway toward higher IMRT levels as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; vocational focus preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred or equivalent military experience.
• Experience in proactive maintenance and reliability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow safety policies; perform tasks safely and reliably.
• Proactively maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce repeat failures.
