Job summary
Sonoco Products Co. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Tech (IMRT) at the Beavercreek, OH facility.
You will support maintenance excellence by proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability optimization across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. Reporting to the Plant Engineer, you will perform root-cause analysis, write or modify PLC programs, and drive corrective actions to prevent repeats while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- High school diploma required or equivalent.
- Associates degree in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, and automated equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform proactive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
- Diagnose failures and implement effective corrective actions to minimize recurrence.
- Document maintenance work in CMMS and support safety improvements.
- Assist in developing procedures to drive to zero-failure performance.
