Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for its food processing facility in the Greater Madison area, WI. The role offers $31.00 per hour base with premium overtime, plus a full benefits package and a stable, safety-focused culture.

You will maintain high-speed packaging lines, service conveyors, diagnose fluid power systems, and perform structural welding as needed, with a strong emphasis on GMP and sanitation.

Qualifications

1+ year mechanical maintenance in a fast-paced production setting, with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
Basic welding fundamentals (MIG/TIG) for machinery repair.
Comfort in food-safe environment, GMP awareness and sanitation.
Stable employment history with good attendance and teamwork.
Residence within 45-minute drive of Greater Madison, WI.
US Citizenship or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

Maintain high-speed processing lines; troubleshoot, fault-trace, and perform repairs on packaging equipment.
Service conveyors and drive assemblies; rebuild and optimize gearboxes and belts.
Diagnose and service hydraulic and pneumatic systems; inspect pumps, cylinders, valves.
