Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic on the 2nd shift in Hatfield, PA. You will participate in preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and perform repairs on conveyors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics to keep production running.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, collaboration with the maintenance team, and mentoring less experienced mechanics. Onsite work with daytime schedule Tue–Sat, 1:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
• Experience with welding, machining, or fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, repair conveyor systems and drives.
• Maintain and repair chain drives, tensioners, and lubrication systems.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and perform replacements.
• Perform intermediate fabrication tasks (drilling, tapping, mounting, welding).
• Support hydraulic/pneumatic system repairs and components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and service equipment.
