Qualifications

• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, approximately 5:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and repairing conveyor systems, including belts, pulleys, and rollers.
• Perform routine lubrication, equipment inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Help identify worn, damaged, or failing mechanical components.
• Assist with minor adjustments and replacements involving chains, tensioners, and drive systems.
• Support basic pneumatic maintenance, including checking hoses and changing filters.
• Learn how to work safely around hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, equipment manuals, and simple mechanical diagrams.
• Support troubleshooting by gathering information, observing equipment behavior, and communicating findings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with senior mechanics and production personnel to resolve basic equipment issues.
