Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects across multiple departments.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• In depth knowledge of maintenance methods, procedures, and terms.
• 8+ years of Maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily maintenance activities of the plant.
• Provides strategic leadership and direction for plant operations.
• Develops cross-functional relationships for planning and continuous improvement.
• Designs short- and long-term strategies to improve reliability, efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Creates operating and capital budgets and manages department expenses.
• Performs Human Resources activities including time tracking, counseling, scheduling, and skill development.
• Fosters high morale and teamwork; supports subordinates daily and one-on-one.
