Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, supervision, and management.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow policies, procedures and instructions.
• Identify and report product, process and quality non-conformities to lead personnel.
• Support corrective, preventive and improvement actions.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain day-to-day housekeeping on the production floor.
• Wraps and stacks industrial pasted plates to form an element.
• Ensure plates are wrapped with appropriate material.
• Unload plates from curing racks and check quality.
• Stack plates from the machine onto a skid.
• Unload plates and load them into the machine; may run the sleever.
• Adhere to Crown Quality System and related procedures.
