Job summary

IND COS Cell Assembler- 3rd Shift at Crown Battery Manufacturing Co in Fremont, OH. The role operates the heat seal and hand-burns buttons with a torch to complete the job, ensuring parts meet specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Experience with safety and environmental training
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing/factory experience preferred in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervision, and management

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow policies, procedures and instructions
• Identify and report product, process and quality system non-conformities to lead personnel
• Control nonconforming products
• Support implementation of corrective/preventive and improvement actions
• Maintain day-to-day housekeeping of the production floor area
• Run cells through the heat seal machine and leak test cell; bond the post to the cover bushing with a burning ring and torch; move cells to next operation; connect cells into a circuit for forming
