Job summary

Crown Battery Mfg. in Fremont, OH is seeking an IND COS Cell Assembler for the 3rd shift. The role involves operating the heat seal station, hand-burn tasks, and ensuring produced parts meet specifications under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing/factory experience preferred in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervision, and management.

Responsibilities

• Run cells through the heat seal machine and leak test.
• Bond the post to the cover bushing using a burning ring and hand torch.
• Identify and report non-conformities to lead personnel and support corrective actions.
• Perform day-to-day housekeeping on the production floor.
• Follow Crown Quality System documentation and procedures.

Education

Must be 18 years of age

Minimum 1 year manufacturing/factory experience
