Job summary

Southern Champion Tray (SCT) in Fairfield, OH is hiring for a Stacker - 2nd Shift (4 Day/10 Hour). You will rotate between stacking, packing, and palletizing finished product and feeding raw material into the rotary die cutter machine, aiming to meet daily production goals.

You must read and follow job tickets, set up shrink tunnel and conveyors, inspect materials, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read and understand documents and communicate in English.
• Commitment to SCT safety policies and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Rotate stacking, packing and palletizing finished product and feeding raw material into the machine.
• Verify box counts, skid counts, labeling and other customer specs per job ticket.
• Set up shrink tunnel and conveyor; maintain machine centers.
• Inspect raw material for defects and maintain product flow to meet daily goals.
• Record production data and report issues with equipment or materials.
