Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments: Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Documentation: Accurately document received goods, including product codes, quantities, and conditions.
• Inventory management: Update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Coordination: Work closely with the receiving team to ensure efficient unloading and storage of goods.
• Order verification: Check and verify outgoing shipments against customer orders and packing lists.
• Documentation: Ensure all shipping documents are complete and accurate.
• Quality control: Inspect outgoing products for damage and accuracy.
• Coordination: Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
• Inventory management: Update inventory records and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.

About the Role

FreezPak Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inbound and Outbound Checker to join our cold storage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and documenting all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -10°F


• Stand, walk, and lift as required for job duties


• Must be able to work 2nd Shift from 12 PM to 8 PM
