Professional Employment Group is seeking a Production Testing Technician (2nd shift) in Centennial, CO. The role tests Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) to ensure quality, safety, and customer requirements, with hands-on hydraulic work, troubleshooting, and precise documentation.

You will set up and operate HPUs, perform tests, read schematics, troubleshoot issues, and record data. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years in hydraulic testing, plus basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical cert or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years hydraulic testing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic components including pumps, valves, actuators, and accumulators.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, ERP systems).
• Physically able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
• Safety-focused with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hydraulic power units.
• Perform pressure, flow, leak, and functional tests.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
