Job summary

ATS, founded in 1985, delivers industrial maintenance to factories in the US, Mexico and the UK. The role involves entry to mid-level break-fix and preventive maintenance, equipment adjustments, and part replacement to sustain operations.

You'll identify parts, support the team, follow safety rules, and participate in continuous improvement activities. A technical background and CMMS experience are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems and repair ability.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience with CMMS and safe repair practices.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry to mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identifies needed parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Supports department and provides backup as needed by leadership.
• Is aware of Maintenance Industry Standards and 5S compliance.
• May operate lathe, drill press, grinder and basic welding tasks.
• Updates CMMS history and performs basic troubleshooting.
