Job summary

ATS is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our factory operations in Illinois. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and control systems, performing both preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs, and maintaining CMMS records.

You may operate machining tools and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve reliability. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent with 3 years of related experience

Qualifications

• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems and can diagnose problems.
• Ability to analyze problems and perform repairs.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary.
• Drives and participates in CI activities, improving processes and reducing costs.
• Updates CMMS records and reviews history.
• Ensures safety policies and housekeeping standards are followed.
