Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Fort Smith, AR location. Schedule is Mon-Friday 4:00 PM-1:00 AM, with Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating personnel practices, implementing policies, addressing employee issues, and overseeing performance appraisals and trainings. Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred to support a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university desired; or one to two years related HR experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with personnel practices, policies, and procedures.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee personnel practices, policies, and procedures.
• Implement company policies and communicate updates to management.
• Assist employees with problems, complaints, or conflicts.
• Assist management with counseling, corrective actions, performance appraisals, and terminations.
• Interview employees during incident investigations.
• Manage new hire training program and trainers.
• Maintain and organize personnel files and records.
