Bachoco USA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for the 2nd shift in Heavener, OK. The role handles daily personnel matters, benefits, payroll questions, and data entry in employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will interact with employees and forward issues to management for resolution. Responsibilities include maintaining attendance records, processing time-off requests, generating reports, and assisting with onboarding and forms usage.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow HR-related forms and processes.
• Experience with payroll support and employee records is a plus.
• Strong data entry, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Windows applications.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily HR-related inquiries and document issues for follow-up.
• Record employee absences, vacations, and disciplinary actions in records.
• Process payroll-related questions and assist HR supervisor.
• Prepare personnel reports for supervisors as needed.
• Assist with employment applications and onboarding paperwork.
