Job summary

Ace Hardware Retail Support Center in Rocklin, CA seeks a 2nd Shift HR Supervisor to partner with management on employee relations, compliance, and performance coaching. This role provides day-to-day HR support for the 2nd shift and helps deliver value-aligned HR solutions across the organization.

You will lead investigations, manage benefits and LOAs for 2nd shift, coordinate new hire orientation, and drive engagement through surveys and events while modeling Ace Values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR desirable.
• HR experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressured environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR guidance on 2nd shift and advise management on employee relations issues.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide day-to-day performance management and coaching.
• Manage LOAs and workers’ compensation for 2nd shift employees.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and engagement activities.
• Ensure policy and legal compliance across the site.
• Report turnover trends and support benefits administration.
