Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate Windows-based personnel management programs.
• Assist employees with forms (Address/Name changes, W-4).
• Answer incoming calls and transfer callers.
• Document absentee notifications and vacation requests.
• Enter absentee, vacation, transfer, and disciplinary data.
• Issue line passes after absences.
• File personnel records and witness interviews.
• Generate personnel reports for supervisors and employees.
• Assist supervisors with investigations for promotions.
