Work schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturdays as needed), 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Summary: To coordinate, oversee, and implement all activities involving personnel practices, policies, and procedures at the facilities.

Directly supervises 4 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university desired; or one to two years related HR experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of E-Mail software, Success Factors, HR Utilities, timesheet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Highly organized and able to think systemically to structure the work and design in a logical flow. Other key attributes include self-motivated, organized, computer literate, attention to detail and follow through with exceptional writing and communication skills.
