Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor (2nd Shift) for the Heavener, OK facility. The role coordinates personnel practices, policies, and procedures, and supports management with counseling, appraisals, and terminations.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or 1–2 years HR experience), bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and strong writing and communication skills. Monday–Friday with weekend as needed; evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and communicate personnel policies; ensure up-to-date records.
• Document and file personnel records; manage data entry changes.
• Oversee new hire training program and trainers; support team members.
