OK Foods Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor at the Heavener, OK facility. You will coordinate personnel practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and effective communication across the site.
The role leads up to 16 staff, handles policy implementation, employee relations, training programs, performance appraisals, and record keeping. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring strong organizational skills and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.
The Human Resources Supervisor coordinates, oversees, and implements all activities involving personnel practices, policies, and procedures at the Heavener, OK facility.
Monday - Friday (Saturday as needed): 4:00PM - 1:00AM

Directly supervises up to 16 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university is desired; or one to two years related HR experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of E-Mail software, Success Factors, HR Utilities, timesheet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Highly organized and able to think systemically to structure the work and design in a logical flow. Other key attributes include self-motivated, organized, computer literate, attention to detail and follow through with exceptional writing and communication skills.
