Hilton Madison Monona Terrace, a Marcus Hotels & Resorts property, is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Housekeeper to maintain the hotel’s public areas and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

This full-time evening role requires weekend availability and a strong attention to detail. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including meals, discounts, and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and reach during shifts.
• Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and elevators.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust surfaces, and polish fixtures.
• Empty trash and follow recycling procedures.
• Restock supplies in public and employee areas as needed.
• Maintain and secure cleaning equipment at shift end.
• Respond to cleaning or maintenance requests from staff or guests.
