Hyatt Regency Denver Convention Center is seeking a General Maintenance Engineer for the 2nd shift to maintain guest rooms, meeting spaces and front-of-house areas. The role includes preventative maintenance and repairs, with training opportunities to service mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment.

Strong communication and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to walk, stand, lift and move moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance, general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces and front-of-house areas.
• Train to perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members; provide strong customer service.
• Handle a significant amount of walking, standing, lifting and moving moderate weights.
