Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician 2 to join our Engineering team. You will maintain hotel equipment and facilities to ensure safe, efficient operations and a comfortable guest environment.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive checks; assist with building and grounds projects; respond promptly to guest requests; and support other departments while following safety procedures. Prior maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance or similar role.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
