Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write and follow written instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Clear vision and color distinction required.

Responsibilities

• Operate ink mills, mixers, scales, and packaging equipment following SOPs and safety rules.
• Perform equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting on ink mills and mixers.
• Complete daily production logs and required reporting.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain supply levels using just-in-time principles and operate forklift as needed.
