Job summary

Dover Corporation in Keene, NH is hiring a Hot Melt Ink Production Cell Operator I on 2nd shift. You will operate ink mills, mixers, packaging lines and related equipment, perform changeovers, and track production logs while ensuring quality and safety.

Forklift duties may be required to maintain materials. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, basic math, reading/writing, and strong dexterity with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and write and follow written instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills are required.
• Strong hand–eye coordination and dexterity.
• Color vision is required.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate ink mills, mixers, scales, packaging and other production equipment.
• Perform equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting on mills and mixers.
• Complete daily production logs and required reporting.
• Propose improvements within scope of activity.
• Maintain material supply using just‑in‑time principles.
• Operate forklift to support production needs.
• Maintain 6S and safety standards in the work area.
