Job summary

You will perform production tasks, set up workstations, assist in changeovers, visually inspect work in process and finished parts, and ensure proper operation of equipment. Qualifications include ability to lift 30lbs, use hand tools, problem-solving, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30lbs.
• Ability to use required hand tools and air guns.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with people.
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing Standards.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Production duties as assigned by Team Coach and Team Leader.
• Set up workstation.
• Assist in change over and Lean procedures.
• Visually inspect work in process and finished product.
• Check process and finished parts using fixtures and gauges.
• Understand the safe operation of all equipment.
• Follow quality, production, safety standards and ISO procedures.
• Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.
