Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Hang Line Operator for the 2nd shift in Martin, TN. You will perform production duties, set up the workstation, assist in changeovers, and visually inspect in-process and finished parts.

You will ensure safe operation and adherence to ISO 9000 and Lean standards while communicating effectively with team members. The role requires lifting up to 30lbs, using hand tools and air guns, and contributing to continuous improvement.

2nd shift Monday-Friday: 3:30pm-12am

Pay starts at $21.01 plus $1.50 shift premium totaling $22.51 per hour.

You will be responsible for following quality, safety, and production standards, and all applicable ISO 9000 Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions.

What You'll Do

As an hang line operator, you'll be part of our team located in Martin, TN. You'll get to:
