Stanley Black & Decker in Martin, TN seeks a Hang Line Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-12am). The role focuses on quality, safety, ISO 9000 adherence, and lean manufacturing practices while supporting production lines and tool usage.

Responsibilities include setting up workstations, assisting in changeovers, visual inspection, and following procedures. Must lift 30 lbs and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Hang Line Operator 2nd shift Monday-Friday: 3:30pm-12am Pay starts at $21.01 plus $1.50 shift premium totaling $22.51 per hour.

You will be responsible for following quality, safety, and production standards, and all applicable ISO 9000 Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions.

What You’ll Do

As an hang line operator, you’ll be part of our team located in Martin, TN. You’ll get to:
