Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Hang Line Operator for the 2nd shift in Martin, Tennessee. The role offers a pay rate starting at $21.01 plus a $1.50 shift premium, totaling $22.51 per hour, with potential for growth in a global manufacturing environment.

You’ll perform production duties, set up stations, assist in changeovers and Lean procedures, and visually inspect work in process and finished parts while following ISO and company standards.

Qualifications

Purpose:

You will be responsible for following quality, safety, and production standards, and all applicable ISO 9000 Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions.

What You’ll Do

As an hang line operator, you’ll be part of our team located in Martin, TN. You’ll get to:
