Masterson Staffing is seeking a Hall Operator for a 2nd shift in Osceola, WI. The temporary position offers $20.00 per hour with potential to become long-term based on performance and business need.

The role requires attention to detail, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include reworking wire and cable, operating re-spoolers, performing quality checks, and adhering to electrical safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience utilizing high voltage test equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
• Strong work history with minimal job-hopping (one year at most).
• Must pass a color blind assessment.
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• National background check required (no felonies in past 7 years).
• Resume and interview required.

Responsibilities

• Perform rework on wire and cable products.
• Operate re-spoolers to rework materials.
• Use jacket strippers as needed during the rework process.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow electrical safety procedures while working with equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
