Masterson Staffing is hiring an Extrusion Operator in Osceola, WI to operate extrusion machines and ensure quality from start to finish. This long-term opportunity supports a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM schedule, Monday–Friday, with a 40-hour work week and a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of related experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required screenings include a 10-panel drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Experience operating or monitoring extrusion or similar machines such as CNC.
• Ability to maintain accurate production records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass required screenings.
