Job summary

Masterson Staffing is seeking an Electrical Assembly associate for 2nd shift in Osceola, WI. This full-time temporary role offers a path to long-term employment for the right candidate, with pay at $18.50 per hour.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, totaling 40 hours weekly. Responsibilities include assembling electrical components, verifying functionality, packaging products, and keeping a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience utilizing high voltage test equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to distinguish colors (color blind assessment required).
• Resume required with demonstrated excellent work history (more than one year at most previous employers).
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Ability to pass a national background check (no felonies within the last 7 years).

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and products according to specifications.
• Check products for functionality and quality.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Use hand tools and follow assembly instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
