Job summary

Masterson Staffing in Osceola, WI is hiring for an Electrical Assembly role on the 3rd shift. This full-time temporary position runs Monday–Friday with a 11:30 PM–7:30 AM schedule and pay of $18.50–$19.00 per hour, 40 hours per week.

The job involves assembling electrical components per specifications, checking for quality, and packing products for shipment. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Drug screen and background check required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience utilizing high voltage test equipment
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to distinguish colors (color blind assessment required)
• Resume required with demonstrated excellent work history (more than one year at most previous employers)
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Ability to pass a national background check (no felonies within the last 7 years)
• Interview required

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and products according to specifications
• Check products for functionality and quality
• Package completed products for shipment
• Use hand tools and follow assembly instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
