Masterson Staffing is seeking a Cabling Operator for the 2nd shift in Osceola, Wisconsin. The role is a temporary assignment with potential to become long-term for the right candidate.

Pay is $21.50 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, totaling about 40 hours per week. Applicants must pass a drug screen and background check, and demonstrate familiarity with MS Office and high-voltage testing equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using high voltage test equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Color vision (color blind assessment required).
• Resume showing consistent work history (1+ year at most employers).
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Ability to pass a national background check (no felonies in last 7 years).

• Monitor equipment to ensure quality production.

Job Duties

• Operate cabling machines that combine individual wire components into finished cable products
• Monitor equipment to ensure quality production
• Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Follow safety procedures and production specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience utilizing high voltage test equipment
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to distinguish colors (color blind assessment required)
• Resume required with demonstrated excellent work history (more than one year at most previous employers)
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Ability to pass a national background check (no felonies within the last 7 years)
