Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Haas CNC experience.
• Proficient editing and executing G-code.
• Create setup sheets and tooling documentation.
• Strong GD&T, blueprint reading and metrology knowledge.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and lean methods.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to lead process improvements and mentor staff.

Aufgaben

• Program, set up, troubleshoot, and optimize Haas Lathe CNC machines.
• Support production on Haas Lathe Machines.
• Develop and improve CNC processes for turning and mill-turn.
• Generate and maintain: setup documentation, tooling lists, work instructions, SOPs, and machining standards.
