Job summary

Dienamic Tooling Systems is looking for a CNC Operator to join the 2nd shift team and produce machined parts by setting up and operating CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of 3-axis vertical mills (Mazak, Johnford, HAAS) and precision measuring tools.

We seek someone experienced with setup, tolerances, tool changes, and calibration, who can maintain a clean, safe workspace. This full-time role may include overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of setup and operation of CNC equipment.
• Knowledge of using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauge pins.
• Knowledge of cutters and feeds/speeds.
• High school or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Download programs and MDI (Manual Data Input) as needed.
• Ability to run your own details.
• Setup and machine to the proper programs and tolerances required.
• Recheck setups, change cutters and inserts, and make adjustments as needed to achieve the best possible results.
• Maintain appropriate tools and keep current on calibration.
• Keep work area clean.
• Follow all safety rules and report unsafe work conditions to management.
• Regular attendance at work during scheduled work hours.
• Employees may be requested to perform other job functions as required.
