Job summary

Spirax-Sarco Ltd.'s Durex Industries unit is seeking an experienced CNC Haas Specialist for the 2nd shift to join our team. You will program, set up, and troubleshoot Haas lathe CNC machines using OSP controls, and support production on Haas Lathe Machines.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years hands-on Haas CNC experience, strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills, and proficiency in CAD/CAM software. You will develop setup sheets, tooling docs, and machining standards while driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Haas CNC experience.
• Proficient with Haas Controls and editing G-Code.
• Strong GD&T, blueprint reading, and metrology fundamentals.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Ability to mentor production personnel and lead process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, troubleshoot, and optimize Haas Lathe CNC tools using OSP Controls.
• Support production on Haas Lathe Machines.
• Develop and improve CNC machining processes for turning and mill-turn applications.
• Create and maintain setup documentation, tooling lists, work instructions, and SOPs.
