Job summary

Dienamic Tooling Systems is seeking a CNC Operator to join the 2nd shift team. The operator will set up and run CNC machines to produce machined parts, emphasizing 3-axis mills such as Mazak, Johnford, and HAAS.

This full-time role on the second shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM) requires reading programs, tool handling, and maintaining safety and calibration in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of set up and operation of CNC equipment.
• Knowledge of using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, etc.
• Knowledge of cutters and inserts, and feeds/speeds.
• Candidate must have high school or equivalent education.
• Candidate must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Download programs and MDI (Manual Data Input) as needed.
• Ability to run your own details.
• Setup and machine to the proper programs and tolerances required.
• Recheck setups, change cutters and inserts, and make adjustments as needed to achieve the best possible results.
• Maintain appropriate tools and keep current on calibration.
• Keep work area clean.
• Follow all safety rules and report unsafe work conditions to management.
• Regular attendance at work during scheduled work hours.
• Employees may be requested to perform other job functions as required.
