Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a production operator to join our manufacturing team in Hunt Valley, MD. You will operate and troubleshoot automated equipment for filling, packing, labeling, and inspecting products in a regulated environment, ensuring quality and compliance.

This role requires basic manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative team while following GMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and operate production equipment and automated processes for filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting.
• Troubleshoot using independent judgment under supervision.
• Follow GMP and safety policies; perform basic equipment repairs as needed.
• Document quality, safety, and maintenance records accurately.
• Support root-cause analysis and monitoring of process controls.
