The Judge Group is seeking a Production Shift Manager for a high-volume food manufacturing facility in Maryland. This 2nd shift leadership role requires overseeing production operations, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement across teams on site.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with maintenance, QA, and other departments to optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading food manufacturing operations or high-volume production lines.
• Strong knowledge of food safety programs and quality systems.
• Ability to interpret production data and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2nd shift production operations in a high-volume food manufacturing facility.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors and hourly employees through training and performance management.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, SSOP, and plant procedures.
