Job summary

Erie Industrial Products LLC in Oberlin, OH is seeking General Laborers for our second shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM). This hands-on role supports daily production and basic assembly tasks in a manufacturing setting.

We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who learn quickly, follow directions, and work well in a team. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided along with PPE and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new manufacturing skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and manufacturing operations.
• Assist with assembly and other general production tasks.
• Move and stage materials throughout the production area.
• Operate basic tools and equipment after proper training.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality.
• Follow work instructions and established production procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety requirements and wear PPE.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other production duties as needed.
