Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis, LLC is seeking a dependable General Laborer for the 2nd shift in Euclid, OH. This role supports casting, deburring, cleaning, material handling, and assisting production teams within the Bearings, Seals & Hydraulics Division.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable in an industrial manufacturing environment. Overtime is frequently available during Spring and Fall outages, with unions and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and safety focus.
Experience using air-powered hand tools in industrial settings.
Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assist with casting, deburring, and cleaning components.
Operate hand-held pneumatic tools: die grinders, impact wrenches, needle scalers.
Load and unload materials, parts, and equipment.
Support machine operators and skilled trades personnel as directed.
Operate overhead cranes, lift trucks, furnaces, and metal processing equipment.
Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with production tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support various departments throughout the facility as business needs require.
