Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical training is a plus.
• 3+ years of quality inspection/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings; GD&T and tolerancing knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, tolerances, specifications, and GD&T.
• Perform dimensional inspections using CMMs, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Verify parts meet drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Document defects and nonconforming products and maintain inspection records.
• Communicate quality concerns with production, engineering, and management; support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
