MD&A in Euclid, OH, is seeking a dependable General Laborer for the 2nd shift in our Bearings, Seals & Hydraulics Division. You will support casting, deburring, cleaning components, and material handling while assisting production teams to meet daily goals.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, comfortable using air-powered hand tools, and a safety-first mindset. This role offers a stable, full-time environment with overtime during peak periods and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using air-powered hand tools in manufacturing.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform extended physical labor.
• Able to stand, walk, and use mechanical skills in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Assist with casting, deburring, and cleaning of components.
• Operate hand-held pneumatic tools such as die grinders, impact wrenches, and needle scalers.
• Load and unload materials, parts, and equipment.
• Support machine operators and skilled trades personnel as directed.
• Operate industrial equipment including overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with production tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
