Job summary

QProducts and Services, part of the Lanco Group of Companies, is growing and adding a 2nd Shift! We're looking for General Labor team members to join our team.

The General Laborer supports production operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, packaging finished products, and maintaining efficient workflow throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires attention to detail, safe material handling, and teamwork to ensure quality standards and production targets are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; entry-level opportunity.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist sewing operators by guiding materials through sewing machines
• Fold finished products and place them on designated carts
• Load raw material rolls onto quilting machines
• Join material roll ends to ensure continuous machine operation
• Monitor and align material layers for quality and accuracy
• Unload cut materials from conveyor belts onto pallets or carts
• Turn quilts inside out and feed them through the rolling machine
• Remove finished rolled quilts from the machine and place them into boxes
• Seal boxes, palletize finished products, and secure pallets for shipment
